Returns Policy

Here at Il Capo, we offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most of our products. Either for a refund or exchange but you must make sure the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging which includes all shrink wrap, leaflets, instructions and in a re-sellable condition. Please make sure you include all the necessary details on with your return, so this will not delay in processing the return. 

PLEASE NOTE: Always acquire a free proof of postage when you are returning the product back to us. Just in case your parcel is lost in transit or we have any issues when we have received back at our premises. Please keep this safe until we have processed your return.

We cannot refund the return postage costs if you do not follow our returns instructions or the product is not faulty, such as wear and tear, neglect, misuse or accidents. If you are unsure about anything then please contact our customer service team at and we will be happy to assist you with your enquiry.


If your order is less than 30 days old, then we are happy to replace or refund the product if it is deemed to be faulty. If you have had the item between 30 and 90 days, then we will replace the product or if this is not possible then we will refund you accordingly. If we do deem the product to not be in a faulty condition, then we will return the product back to you at your own expense.


Once we receive your product back to our premises, we will process your request of either a refund or replacement. It can take up to 30 days in our busy periods to process but it’s usually done much faster. Once processed, refunds can take up to 3-5 working days to process and appear back in your back account.
