My name is Joshua Paladino, known as Il Capo. I’m an undefeated professional boxer, and I don’t separate my fight career from my business — CAPO Fitness is built on the same standards I live by in the ring. Discipline, pressure, and work ethic aren’t optional. They’re the baseline.
Boxing taught me early that results are earned, not given. That mindset pushed me to become a Pro/Am boxing coach, strength & conditioning coach, and personal trainer. Every program I deliver, every session I coach, and every standard I set comes from real experience preparing for fights, not theory.
